Sa iba, paulit-ulit ito at tumatagal ng ilang araw o ilang linggo. Kung minsan napakalakas ng paggalaw ng takipmata at bigla itong sasara at magbubukas ulit.
Hindi masakit at hindi delikado ito pero nakaka-irita lang. Bigla ito mawawala kahit hindi gamutin pero maaring bumalik. Pwedeng sintomas ito ng chronic movement disorder pero madalas walang dahilan ito.
