Dealing In The New Covenant

For if there had been nothing wrong with that first covenant, no place would have been sought for another.  Hebrews 8:7, NIV We only emphasize that Christian life we are in is not based on another form of religious ritual but on a covenant. The question is what type of covenant are you in? Is it a covenant of religion or a covenant of love? It should be a covenant of love. Love is a person and that is God (see 1 John 4:16). The covenant we are in is a covenant based on who He is and not on who we are. It's based on what He has done and not on what we have done.  When you sign an agreement form, you understand what type of covenant or agreement you are signing in. New 4 km Sison-Rosario TPLEX segment now open and is toll-free

Heading up to Baguio or further north over the Christmas holiday? We have some good news for you as a new portion of the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEX) has been temporarily opened to motorists.

Called the Sison-Rosario segment, the new 4-kilometer section further extends the total span of TPLEX and is expected to cut 30 minutes of travel time from Metro Manila to Baguio City. What's more is that the new section is toll-free during the holidays.

However, it will be closed once more to the public come January 2020 for the finishing touches to be completed. Trucks and other heavy vehicles, however, will not be allowed to pass through the Sison-Rosario section of TPLEX.

While intially planned to be opened at a much earlier date, it took San Miguel Corporation almost two years to finish due to right-of-way problems. But with the work nearing completion, SMC said that they are looking at officially opening the Sison-Rosario segment around February 2020.

In the future, SMC plans to extend TPLEX all the way to La Union, particularly in San Fernando and in San Juan. It will be divided into three section segments, namely: Rosario to Tubao, Tubao to Naguilian, and Naguilian to San Juan. There are also plans of stretching TPLEX all the way to Laoag, Ilocos Norte although there are no exact details yet regarding the extension as of late.
