MANILA - Megaworld on Monday said it would sell office spaces worth up to P1.5 billion within its 140-hectare township in General Trias, Cavite.
Located inside its Maple Grove development, the 17-storey One Corporate Place will house 93 select office units, Megaworld told the stock exchange.
Office units range from 63 to 281 square meters, fit for corporate, business process outsourcing and small and medium enterprises (SMEs), the developer said.
Megaworld earlier it was building a "Makati-inspired" business district in the General Trias, which is accessible through the Coastal Road and the Cavite Expressway (Cavitex).
