As we can see in the light of God's word. Worry can be a devil tool for us to devour. In Hebrew word "Devour" means to swallow up, drink, absorb, overwhelm, or to destroy. Worry can be dangerous if you focused on it too much. It's because you are giving the devil an access for you to be greedily swallowed up, absorb, overwhelm and destroy. Overthinking will destroy you.
So, does it mean shall we be careless about the concerns we have in this world? Of course not. God is just giving us wisdom to handle it in His way. Know that worry is an indication to trust the love of God.
You have to be awake in mind. You have to be alert in the spirit by knowing you are amazingly loved by the Father in your position in Christ (see Ephesians 1:21-22,2:6). Know that in your position in Christ in the heavenly places, you are seated and reigning above every ruler of darkness of this age. Your true victory in life comes out from the understanding of who you are in the spiritual realm.
